  • Appointment details when you book through Calendly

  • We do not track you if you decline cookies
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months or until the business relationship concludes. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of Google Analytics and HotJar (typically 14-26 months).

Under Quebec's privacy legislation, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Withdraw consent for data collection at any time
  • Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
